VSI is the foundational layer of the TLDR architecture. It proposes that true intelligence must be deterministic, auditable, and scientifically reproducible. VSI redefines machine reasoning as a discipline of evidence: each act of computation is performed under declared conditions and can be re-verified as proof of correctness. This work establishes the conceptual blueprint for trustworthy autonomy—the shift from black-box prediction to verifiable reasoning. VSI is not a product or implementation; it is a standard for how intelligence must behave when it aspires to be trusted.
